Ryoko was at a loss. Her husband had fallen ill suddenly, and the life expectancy was told to be very short. There was no help other than organ transplantation, but donors have been waiting for several years. She was desperate to help her husband, but there was nothing she could do.
Hamada, the director of the clinic, approached Ryoko with a proposal. “If you let me hug you, I’ll give you preferential treatment,” he said. Ryoko clung to Hamada, feeling a deep desire to help her husband. She was willing to do anything to save her husband’s life.
As Ryoko and Hamada walked to the clinic, they passed by a group of people who were waiting to donate their organs. Ryoko felt a sense of guilt for taking someone’s , but she knew that it was the only way to save her husband’s life.
