After a long day at work, when all the customers had left and the restaurant was finally closed, Ippei Tomita and his son would sit down together and start working on new recipes. With their aprons on, they would spend hours in the kitchen, experimenting with different flavors and techniques. It was their bonding time, and also a chance for Ippei to teach his son the art of cooking.
Ippei had always been passionate about food, which is why he had quit his job as a chef in a popular restaurant and opened his own place. His dream was to create a unique dining experience for his customers, but it came at a cost.
