This VTR is a documentary film that follows Kanako, a healthy older sister who cooks, does laundry, and processes sexual desire for her 10 younger brothers with just one female hand. While Kanako may seem like a typical housewife, her unique family dynamic is far from ordinary. Struggling to balance her duties as a caregiver and a woman, Kanako must carefully navigate her household interactions as she copes with her complex desires.
Growing up, Kanako was raised to be a dutiful daughter and sister, dedicating her life to caring for her brothers. However, as she matured, her innocent love for her siblings evolved into something more taboo.
