Kanae had been a full-time housewife for years and was content with the way things were, but when her husband’s salary fell further due to the recession, she felt like it was time to get a job. After applying at various places, Kanae finally got hired as an agent at a real estate company.
At first, Kanae loved being out of the house and interacting with people in her new profession, but soon enough she realized that without any sales experience or knowledge of marketing tactics, she wasn’t making much progress.
Her boss could tell that Kanae wasn’t bringing in many customers and after three months of low numbers, he made an unexpected request: he asked her to wear a tight skirt while on duty if she wanted to make better sales.
