It was a warm summer day when my sister-in-law visited me, bringing news of her marriage. As we talked, she shared that her father was recovering from a paralyzing illness and she was worried about leaving him alone with her husband’s unsociable brother.
Determined to help, my husband and I decided to move into his parent’s house. We hoped that this would give us a chance to start over after seven years of conflict with his family.
One day, while my husband was away at work, my sister-in-law drugged me and took embarrassing pictures of me. She then used these photos as blackmail to show me in a state of undress.
