Fumiko had always looked forward to the alumni reunion, but this year was different. It had been ten years since she last attended, and she was now a wife and mother. As she walked into the reunion, she noticed a familiar face among the crowd. Kazuki Toda, a student she had known from back in the day, was there with a group of friends. Fumiko smiled and approached him, introducing herself to his friends.
Fumiko and Kazuki found themselves alone and struck up a conversation. They reminisced about their days in school, laughing and reminiscing about the good old days. Fumiko was surprised by how much they had in common, and she found herself feeling a spark of attraction.
At the night drew to a close, Kazuki suddenly confessed his feelings for Fumiko. She was taken aback but also felt a sense of excitement. They exchanged phone numbers and promised to keep in touch.
