On the way home on a rainy day, I was lost in my thoughts when a hand came from behind and covered my mouth with a cloth. I tried to struggle, but before I knew it, darkness consumed me. When I slowly regained consciousness, I found myself in a strange room, tied up and disoriented. Panic set in as I realized I had been kidnapped. I couldn’t make sense of the situation and the fear of the unknown consumed me.
As I lay there, helpless and scared, I could hear the voices of men talking outside my door. They were speaking in a language I couldn’t understand, but I could tell they were not friendly. I knew I had to make a move or I would be in even more danger.
