After three years of marriage, Chaoyang, a nurse, was living a life of constant distance from her husband. She spent her days attending to patients and coming home to minimal interaction with her spouse. At the same time, one of her patients was Ozawa, a man who showed her great kindness.
As a special thank-you, she accepted his invitation for a meal. During that meal, Ozawa became captivated by Chaoyang’s vulnerability as she spoke about her struggles with her husband. As a result, he found himself drawn to her more and more.
