Mami is shocked and hurt by Teppei’s decision. She sees it as a betrayal and cannot believe that someone she loved so dearly can just walk away like that. Mami pleads with Teppei to reconsider but he stays true to his decision, leaving Mami feeling rejected and alone.
Meanwhile, Mio finds herself caught between her loyalty to her daughter and her growing affection for Teppei. She knows that what she feels for Teppei is wrong, given that he is still technically involved with Mami. But the intensity of her emotions towards Teppei is overwhelming, and she struggles to keep her feelings hidden from everyone else.
