As soon as John walked through the door, he could tell something was different about the house. The living room, usually neat and tidy, was now disheveled and scattered with empty wine bottles and half-eaten snacks. He guessed that his wife must have hosted another work event, but this time there seemed to be more than just drinks and chatter involved.
John made his way towards the bedroom where his wife lay sleeping peacefully on the bed. But before he could slip off his shoes, he caught sight of a DVD lying conspicuously on the coffee table. It read ‘The King Game’, featuring an image of two scantily-clad women engaged in some sort of risqué game involving alcohol and sexual acts.
