Ryosuke had worked hard for years to become the chief of the company he was in. He was finally rewarded for his dedication when he received the promotion to chief.
Tomomi, Ryosuke’s wife, was so proud of him and celebrated with him on their special night. Little did they both know that there was a lurking threat lurking in the shadows – Uemura, one of Ryosuke’s colleagues.
Uemura had always been obsessed with Tomomi and resented Ryosuke for not realizing how she felt about him. His jealousy overtook everything else and as soon as he found out that Ryosuke was promoted, his envy mutated into anger and rage. He wanted desperately to take away from his rival even this one thing that he’d worked so hard for.
